Harvest bin tracking

Know where every bin is.

Smart Bin Eximus shows a kiwifruit packhouse where every harvest bin is, and whether it is full or empty, without anyone scanning anything.

Read what the video shows
  1. It's 5:30am. Harvest starts in two hours. Where are your bins?
  2. One packhouse on the map: 3,275 bins are here. 1,310 are full and 1,965 are empty.
  3. Every bin on one map: three packhouses, five orchards and 10,599 bins, each site showing how many bins are full and how many are empty.
  4. A truck leaves the packhouse with 72 empty bins. They are counted out at the packhouse and counted in at the orchard.
  5. At the orchard the bins go out empty and come back full. Each bin changes to full the moment it is back at the loading bay.
  6. 72 full bins head back. They are counted out at the orchard and counted in at the packhouse.
  7. At the packhouse: full in, tipped, empty out. The bin is marked empty at the tipper and is ready for its next trip.
  8. Every bin, every step: packhouse, orchard, packhouse. The end of one cycle is the start of the next.
  9. What you get: know where every bin is, see full and empty at a glance, a system that runs by itself, idle bins put to work, missing bins found, all on your phone, tablet, laptop or PC. Fewer bins, fewer resources, more control.
  10. Go to bed knowing: your bins are positioned, your assets are working, your harvest is on track.
  11. Where are your bins? Now you know.

The packhouses, orchards and numbers in the video are demonstration data.
